Call for Exhibitors

Dear colleagues,

You are cordially invited to participate in the three-day International Satellite Technology & Equipment Exhibition 2010 to be held from August 25 to 27, 2010 at Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing, No.6 Southern Road, Capital Gym, Haidian District, Beijing.

This exhibition covers a floor space of 1,200 square meters in total, providing a premier opportunity to showcase the latest satellite equipment, application systems and results of research from equipment and elements manufacturers, operators and network service providers.

Standard shell scheme packages are available to accommodate exhibitors’ needs.  Please read the ‘Floor Plan’ for details on the space assignment.  The exhibition will be open to visitors from the industry and the public for free.  A total of 20,000 tickets is to give away, along with the Exhibition Proceedings compiled and printed by the organizing committee.

Exhibition Booth Fee: USD 5,800 for each standard booth.

The booth fee covers the following items:

 Standard booth (3×3﹦9㎡), including one fascia board bearing the company name (without logo), two spotlights, one  electrical output 5A/220V, one table, two chairs, on-site security and cleaning.
 Exhibitor information is to publish in both Chinese and English in the Exhibition Proceedings.
 Once complementary pass to China Satellite Conference 2010.

Exhibitors may choose to publish full-color inserted advertisement page in the Exhibition Proceedings and the 2010 China Satellite Conference Proceedings.

Please register with the exhibition either by filling the Online Registration Form or Download the Registration Form and fax the completed form back to the organizing committee at 008610-62218122.  Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.  Confirmation on the space will be emailed to you as soon as possible.

VISA

• All foreign exhibitors, speakers and delegates are to check and confirm they have valid passport and visa coming to China. Please attention to Ms Cindy Qu at wttqu@163.com  if you need an invitation letter for applying visa.
• Please note that the conference organizers need at least two months before the conference date to process the application.  Processing time is approximately two weeks.

EXHIBITION BOOTH

Exhibitor who wishs to set up satellite dish for demonstration is advised to check the actual article and test the signal in advance. Please check with our official forwarder if it involves the import of equipment. Exhibitor is fully responsible for the setting up of the equipment including lying of cable to the booth. It has to comply with the safety regulations and not cause any inconveniences to the visitors.

SECURITY

• While the venue will provide adequate security measures, exhibitors should not leave any valuables and portable equipment unattended during the move-in day and throughout the exhibition. The Organizer and the venue will not be liable for any loss or damage to the exhibitors’ materials during the event as specified in the booth space contract.
• Exhibitors should not leave valuables and portable equipment in their booth overnight.
