It is important to note that the conference organizers will only confirm attendance after receiving payment for registration fee. For delegates from outside mainland China, please make sure to request for invitation letter from China Institute of Communications via email to fishofftank@hotmail.com in order to apply VISA from the Chinese Embassy in respective country. |

Cancellation of registration
Notice in writing should be faxed to the organizing committee if you intend to cancel the registration.
◆ Refund 90% Conference fee if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the opening of Conference.
◆ Refund 50% Conference fee if the cancellation is made between 15 to 30 days prior to the opening of Conference.
◆ No Conference fee is refunded if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the opening of Conference. Replacement of delegates can be made.
