Since 1999, China Satellite 2010 has established itself to be THE unparalleled Conference and Expo for satellite applications in China. It brings together policy makers from China regulatory bodies as well as scientists, international satellite organisations, equipment suppliers, service operators, service providers and customers from home and abroad. China Satellite has been successfully held for 12 years.

China Satellite 2010, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Informationization, will be held on August 25 to 27 at Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing.

China Satellite 2010 will be a grand event focusing on the innovative technologies and best practices from providers and manufactures in the worldwide. It will be an excellent platform to display a series of solutions on satellite application, satellite broadcasting, satellite remote sensing and satellite navigation & positioning from partners and competitors at home and abroad.

As known to all, Satellite application has been widespread into multifields, resulting in being segemented or monopolized by many different industries. While these industries are supervised by different government organizations. For example, satellite application in communication is affiliated with telecommunication industry; satellite application in weather is subordinated to China Meteorological Administration; satellite DTV and DAB is operated by State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. Satellite application also covers other industries such as space, hydropower, power, transportation, education, remote sensing, etc. As the extensive satellite application in many industries, it is very important of timely exchange among providers, users and regulatory bodies.

One of the key purpose of China Satellite is to offer a perfect sourcing form by drawing information and human resource well together to achieve integration of vertical industry chain on supply and sales. Together with seminars on satellite application, they will address the development of national satellite application, the relevant policies and the industry chain to set up communication between the academics and the industrial community. Keynote speeches will be delivered at the conference ranging from the recent developments in China satellite applications, relevant policies and regulations, industrial chains and regional development, to corporate operating and marketing analysis. As a premier event, China Satellite 2010 is expected to draw more audience from the industry including telecommunication, power, finance, maritime affairs, fishery, geology, petroleum, education, securities, etc.

The other purpose is to draw more industry pioneers and experts from different countries. It is a premier opportunity for us to learn from them and they may also need our best products and technology.Through a series of sessions, interactive workshops and presentations, China Satellite 2010 will address the latest technologies, trends and improvement in terms of satellite communications, satellite broadcasting, satellite remote sensing, satellite navigation and global positioning system.
